Buying through the website was very convenient, but picking up the ticket at the Natural History Museum was not. We had to get in the same line as people buying tickets. We didn't think it was worth it. Unlike MoMA, where there was already a QR code. Both museums are incredible. I recommend visiting them.

A very beautiful and well-organized experience. The ticket for the One World Observatory allowed us to skip the box office line and gain quick entry. The view of New York from above is spectacular and absolutely worth a visit. The combination with tickets for the American Museum of Natural History was also very convenient. An excellent solution for visiting two of New York's main attractions while saving time and easily organizing the visits. Recommended experience!

Mainly because of my profession, I am a biologist, but now there is one more reason: I am a grandmother, and sharing this experience with my grandson and daughter is a wonderful thing for me. It was a really nice day at the Central Park zoo. We didn't have to wait in the line, with our Headout ticket we could get in in 2 minutes. We can use the Headout app without internet connection, so it's really useful for Europeans, who don't have internet in the U.S.

The displays are creative and informative! With so many floors, you are guaranteed to get your monies worth. My biggest complaint is that there's so much to see and not enough time! Highly recommend reviewing the map and starting with your favorites first.

The ticket purchase process was quick and easy. However, having to redeem the voucher for physical tickets at the counter was an unnecessary extra step. It would have been much better if the voucher could be used directly for entry, making the experience completely seamless. That said, the museum has an excellent collection, and we had a wonderful time exploring the exhibits with the kids. It was both educational and enjoyable, offering a great opportunity to learn about history in an engaging way. Overall, it was a memorable family experience.

The Museum has a parking garage at its 81st entrance and a subway stop (81st Street – Museum of Natural History) where the B and C trains stop.

The museum offers free entry during the last hour of the day, from 4:30pm to 5:30pm.

New York State residents can enjoy pay-what-you-wish admission to the museum by presenting a valid ID.

Please note: Exhibits at the LeFrak Theater (Giant-Screen Film) will be closed until Spring 2027
