First of all getting in before the other groups was wonderful. Loved the refreshments too. And finally, Frank our tour guide was really awesome. His knowledge of the Abbey, his obvious enjoyment of giving us that knowledge, and his willingness to answer any and all questions was superb

Nick Morrison was wonderful! Even under the pressure of last minute add-on visitors and others frustrates about the time & location i information, he was pleasant and professional. He was clearly well-verses in the information and added some comedy to boot!

Richard was a wealth of knowledge. I am weak on British history and his information allowed me to imagine back into the times and what decisions shaped history. He also pointed out points of interest I would have totally missed with the crowds of people in the Abbey. Thumbs up. Anonymous

Guide was excellent. Knowledgeable. Kept the group together. Her pink coat and raised arm were always easy to spot. Made sure we had enough time for photos at every major spot.
