This was honestly such a beautiful and memorable experience, especially because I went with my friend and got to enjoy it together. ❤️ We actually booked the tickets quite last minute, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but everything turned out to be so smooth and well organised. From the moment we arrived, the entry process was easy and straightforward. The security checks were also handled really well, and although they were thorough, everything moved smoothly without feeling stressful or unnecessarily long. One of the highlights for me was the incredible view of London from above. The ride was a little slow, but I actually loved that because it gave us plenty of time to properly take everything in. You could slowly look around and enjoy almost a 360° view of London rather than everything passing by too quickly. Seeing the city from that height was genuinely breathtaking, especially spotting the iconic Big Ben and the London skyline. We also got our pictures taken, which made the experience even more special. It was lovely having proper photos to remember the day, especially because I was there with my friend. We spent the time taking pictures, looking at the views, laughing and just enjoying the moment together. Even though we booked at the last minute, the whole experience felt organised from beginning to end. There was no confusion and we never felt rushed. Everything was easy, and we could simply enjoy being there. For me, it wasn’t just about seeing London from above — it was about sharing that moment with my friend and making a memory that I’ll genuinely remember. If you’re visiting London, I would definitely recommend doing this, especially around Big Ben. The views, the atmosphere, the photos and the experience of seeing London from a completely different perspective make it absolutely worth it. 🇬🇧❤️

Highly recommend visiting the abbey. Even if the time you choose is 11:00, when you arrive, you have to wait in a line to get in. When I went, it was about a 10-15 minute wait. Apparently, the entry time is approximate, and you can actually stay in the abbey until closing time. Therefore, I recommend checking what time they close each day before buying your ticket. The visit lasts 1-2 hours depending on how much you stop, and at the entrance they give you a free audio guide with headphones in several languages. They also have seats in different areas so you can rest while listening to it. My favorite part is the tombs of Elizabeth I, Mary, Queen of Scots, and Poets' Corner. One hour before closing, they block access to the Jubilee area, so if you want to see it, organize your time so you don't miss it. At the exit, there is a souvenir shop and bathrooms inside the complex. It is quite wheelchair accessible, although you would need help with a few steps. Recommended.

I had a memorable and exciting time on the London eye. It exceeded all my expectations of seeing London from above, i felt I was on top of the world. From seeing Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, and the River Thames and Parliament in its full glory. In my opinion, everyone should try experiencing once in their lifetime a birds eye view from the phenomenal London Eye. I had enough space to walk around inside the cubicle and have a 360 degree view of London. Simply amazing! The process of buying online made it alot easier because all we had to do was queue for a short time. Entering and leaving was a breeze. Also, I noticed advertised there that you can have a 'London Eye Champagne experience' on the London eye. Something I would definitely like to try in the future. Make sure you book online for really great deals!

This was a great tour. I wish the guided devide they provide spoke more on the History, but overall was a great help in walking through each section. Please note some areas are tight and small and some have no air circulation. Bring one of those handheld fans if you think you will need it. And if you are sensitive to smells, well...hold your breathe. Also, be respectful with your choice of clothing. Woman should not be half naked, showing cleavage, showing belly button, etc. This is a place of worship. I am all for dressing for the weather, but bring something to cover up inside.

This combo was fantastic value and so easy to book. The London Eye gave us incredible panoramic views of the city — we could spot Big Ben, the Shard, and Buckingham Palace from the top. The Thames River Cruise was a perfect way to relax afterward, with a great guide sharing fun facts about the landmarks along the river. Booking both together saved us money and time, and the whole day felt seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend this combo for anyone visiting London for the first time!"

We were about 1/2 an hour before our booked time, but were allowed on no problem. It was about 1.00 pm & virtually no queue, so lunch time must be a good time to go. The staff were all professional, friendly & welcoming. Fortunately the earlier rain had cleared; although there was no sun, it was sursprisingly clear & we had some great views of all the major London landmarks. Enjoyed the experiemce & would go again.

Writing Excellent Experience with Headout We had a fantastic experience using Headout to book our tickets for the London Eye and Thames River Cruise. The booking process was quick, easy, and straightforward, and everything went smoothly on the day. The tickets were convenient to access, and both experiences were enjoyable and well organised. The London Eye offered spectacular views of London, while the Thames River Cruise was a wonderful way to see the city from a different perspective. We were very happy with the service from Headout and would definitely use them again for future attractions and experiences. Highly recommended!

Standing above London on the London Eye felt like seeing the entire city come alive beneath me. As the capsule slowly rose, I watched the Thames, Big Ben, and London’s iconic skyline stretch endlessly into the distance. For a few unforgettable minutes, I wasn’t just seeing London — I felt connected to its history, energy, and beauty. It was a moment I’ll carry with me long after the view disappeared. ❤️

Our visit was fantastic! We were deciding what we wanted to include in our little 4 day visit as there was so much to see with little time. The London eye gave us the opportunity to see the city with such amazing views and reasonable wait times. When we first entered the que, we thought we would be there all night waiting on line, but the line moved quickly, even without the fast pass! Great experience!
