Great visit liked all the different eras of the collections, it was fairly easy to get through the Museum. Liked that we were able to send a postcard from the Vatican. Would definitely come back.

The experience at the Vatican Museum and Sistine Chapel was really out of this world. The skip the line entry was arranged professionally by Headout and was seemless managed. Precise instructions were given to all, of the various stages of security and how to go about once inside the museum and what it holds. The guides are very well versed and have extensive knowledge of the history of the museum the significance of all the articles exhibited there and give clear guidance during the guided tour. The Vatican Museum is spread out across multiple floors and occupies a lot of space. It has huge collection of countless ancient artefacts. Holy relics, paintings, rugs painted beautifully, many religious items, regliega and all kinds of very old items of the Roman era. All these are very well preserved, well secured and meticulously maintained and well secured. The Sistine Chapel is a part of the Vatican Museum and was painstakingly painted primarily by Michelangelo Buonarroti who created its famous ceiling and the altar wall fresco. It is a awesome feeling to be within this sacred chapel and a very inspiring experience. Definitely recommend to avail the professional and reasonably priced services of a very efficient and well managed organisation, Headout for the guided tours at the Vatican Museum,Sistine Chapel and the Bascillica at St Peter’s Square.

We were extremely excited, although it was difficult at first to make our way through the huge crowds. But when we finally saw the Colosseum, I couldn’t believe my eyes. I said to my friends, “Damn, guys, we made it! We’re in Rome, and this legendary giant is standing right in front of us!” Do you know how difficult it is for us to get to Rome? Maybe only two out of twenty people ever get the chance to come here. We are Hungarian, and “Kevert” is a special Hungarian short drink, similar to pálinka. All four of us had one in front of the Colosseum. We joked that we might be the first Hungarians ever to drink Kevert there and become part of the Guinness World Records. Then we entered the Colosseum, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. The security guards were very kind. We thought about everything we had learned at school, but we also imagined scenes from the movie Gladiator. After exploring the Colosseum, we visited the Palatine Hill and the Roman Forum. Walking among the ancient ruins, monuments, and remains made us imagine what life in ancient Rome must have looked like.

We had already tried the day before to get into the Vatican Museums without a reserved ticket, but we gave up after a while because the line was too long and the heat was unbearable. On the Vatican Museums’ official website, after several attempts, we were unable to make a reservation. While browsing the web, we came across Headout and were able to book for the next day with great ease. The hostess accompanied us to the museum entrance, providing us with the most important information for entry. We’re so glad we were able to visit the Museums—it was truly worth it—and throughout the tour, we kept telling ourselves that without Headout, we never would have made it. I highly recommend this agency.

We booked skip-the-line tickets for the Vatican and the Sistine Chapel with Headout. It's true that the price is significantly higher, but it was worth it: we saved at least 3 hours of waiting in line! Everything went very well, the organization was efficient, and our experience was very positive. Just keep in mind that the meeting point is 10 minutes away from the entrance. I highly recommend this experience: the time saved is definitely worth it. Excellent service right up until we received our tickets. The staff member was very professional. 👌🎉

The meeting point is located across the road, slightly above the museum entrance. Inside, the staff give stickers with the entry time written on them to those whose slot is approaching, and then you wait. In the waiting area, you join the queue from the right side, but it moves very quickly. You pass through the first security check in 3-4 minutes. The guide takes you through all checkpoints without waiting, right to the museum entrance, and lets you inside. After that, it's up to you. It's a huge museum; I probably missed some parts of it. Thanks to the Headout team.

I liked skipping the line to get into the museum and the museums themselves are amazing. However, we did have to wait about 35 40 mins at the meet up spot ( we did get there about 25 min early). They say to be there 15 min before but it's hard to time it exactly. It was hot and crowded outside and they call you names alphabetically ( we are W). Then you follow a guide who moves pretty quickly with a large crowd following so we almost lost her. There's no regard as in a regular line as to who's been there first and waiting longer. I'm sure it was still a good bit shorter wait than without the skip the line tickets. It was helpful for getting through security because she told us exactly what to do. Once inside you are on your own. The first couple sculpture rooms are not crowded but once you get moving in the direction of the Sistine Chapel, it is very congested and there is no place to sit down or rest for those who need to. We were fine, but I saw some others who seemed to be struggling. Be prepared for a very long wait to actually get to the chapel. That's not a complaint, just a fact to be aware of. It was worth it, but it's helpful to be aware that the weight is very long once you're in. We were still glad we went and that we did the skip the line. It is amazing!

Very efficient went for 8.15 spot for the vatican. got to the meeting point earlier. Did get into the Vatican quite quickly and as I had forgotten any form of ID the lady getting us in managed to get me our tickets. I did think it was a bit expensive €75 each as getting tickets direct was £25 each. But skip the line was a big bonus after seeing the queues even at 8.15 in the morning.

Initially, I was doubtful about buying the ticket through Headout since it is not an official cultural heritage site, but I had to change my mind because we managed to enter at the scheduled time without any problems. Above all, we were thrilled with the audio guide, which guided us step-by-step through our visit to the Colosseum. Using Headout is highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed visiting the Vatican Museum and being able to skip the very long queues was a real bonus (they were miles long!). The museum was interesting, with plenty of explanations and information around the topics. The gardens were also beautiful. Recommend that you visit earlier rather than later to best the crowds and the heat.

The guide was very attentive and explained everything to us before leaving us at the entrance. We started with the Gregorian Museum, walking slowly and taking everything in. When we realized how much time had passed, we told ourselves we had to hurry because we wouldn't manage to see it all... We spent 7 hours there and still didn't get to see everything!! It's worth going back 2 or 3 times...
