Tickets booking through headout app is hassle free. Just browse the attractions you want visit book your preferred slot and bam you are ready to go. No need to wait in the long queues for your favorite attractions. We visited the London eye and the tower of London museum. Make sure you reach atleast 10-15 min before the scheduled time. Even if you reach very early like half an hour the staff simply scans the ticket and lets you through. You can also download the tickets in the app so you can still show them even if there are problems with your cellular network. Because of this app we had a very good experience

What an unforgettable experience! Our sunset climb over The O2 was made even more special by our fantastic guide, Theo. He was friendly, knowledgeable and reassuring throughout, making sure everyone felt safe, relaxed and able to enjoy the spectacular views. The Prosecco at the top as the sun set over London was the perfect touch. To top it all off, Ariana Grande was performing the final night of her run at The O2 beneath our feet—making an already brilliant evening feel completely magical. What made the climb great was the it felt relaxing within the mind, as you climb higher the problems dropped off just a bit more, that aside the view from on top was quite breathtaking with the clear sky and lights, I have already recommended it to others and definitely willing to return again. The two attractions are perfect as a combo ticket. Not only because they are located right next to each other, but also because they are connected. I should have extended the time window a bit. To be able to look at everything in detail in the Tower, you would need a good 3 hours. Otherwise, I really enjoyed it.

Brilliant views of the city. Easy to find staff to ask about upgrading to a Fastrack ticket, but then they explained it wasn't really needed and why....and they were right. Lovely to not get ripped off for a change!
