What an incredible experience climbing the O2! From start to finish it was so well organised, and the views from the top were absolutely breathtaking. A huge thank you to our climb leader, Ellie, who made the whole experience even more enjoyable. She was friendly, knowledgeable, encouraging and had a great sense of humour, which really helped put everyone at ease. She struck the perfect balance between keeping us safe and making the climb fun, and her enthusiasm was infectious. Thank you, Ellie, for making our adventure so memorable. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend the O2 Climb to anyone looking for a unique experience!

We visited The Shard to celebrate my twins' birthday, as going there had been a dream of theirs for a long time. It was such an incredible experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and well organised. The staff were welcoming, helpful, and clearly explained everything, including how to access the lifts. Once we reached the top, the views were absolutely breathtaking and made the whole visit unforgettable. My twins enjoyed it so much that they even filmed a vlog about their day! It was a truly special birthday experience, and we would definitely visit again. Highly recommend!

The delights of history in the Tower of London with a grandchild hungry for history was enthralling. Much to my surprise. Many of the staff put them selves out explaining the nuances of history. The Shard was a different animal. HMs Belfast St. Paul's cathedral. The walkie talkie the station and many more sights on a hot hot day was another historical day with my grandchild. A high 7 day.

We arrived a little late. But the ladies there were amazing and got us onto the next booking. The climb was tough I get it about switching sides to climb for wear and tear but mist people a predominantly right handed so was tough to kinda switch hands. The view was amazing. And the guide Rebecca was so knowledgeable not just about up but all of London and most importantly where the pub was. My only real bug bear is the stupid shoes. I had brand new sketchers on and apparently didn't have enough grip. I get it climbing shoes but damn there uncomfortable. And the price. Like staff wages. Wear tear of all equipment insurance. But nearly 90 quid for 2 people means Ur doing 450 quid every 15 mins. Fir a view of London yeah great still think you should bake it 20

This was a great experience and the strawberries and stories were amazing! I took my 14 year old son and he loved it! You can o my change your ticket 24 hours prior which i think isn't very flexible specially when it's such a tourist attraction and things can change on the day. That's my only quarrell is that the booking should be able to move.

Although this experience is absolutely brilliant One thing is rather annoying We booked the all inclusive trip including champagne at the top only to find that you could buy the glass of champagne cheaper and only book the standard viewing Naughty Naughty

Our major highlight was seeing the Tower Bridge open and close while we were viewing the Bridge from the Shard viewing platform. The staff were very informative when we asked them questions. We enjoyed looking at all the landmarks from above.

Large bags and backpacks, over the size of 22 x 15 x 8 inches (55 x 38 x 20cm), or other large equipment are not allowed

Up at The O2

Safety is a priority, so this experience is restricted for guests under the age of 8 years, under the height of 1.2m, and over the weight of 21 stone/130kg/286lbs.

The maximum measurements required are a waist measurement of 125cm and a maximum upper thigh measurement of 75cm.

Note: Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult in the ratios: ages 8 to 17 – 1 adult to 5 minors.

Up at The O2 is not suitable for pregnant women.

Climbers must not be under the influence of alcohol or legal or illegal substances: You will not be permitted to participate and will not be refunded.
