My sister is scared of lifts and heights but I wanted to visit so she came with me (I don't go on my own anywhere because of mobility issues). I couldn't get her to come to the windows with me but no matter, she'd braved the lifts which were brilliant! The views are incredible! I was offered a chair as the bar stools are too high for me, so that was nice and it gave me chance to enjoy the views for longer and take photos. We spent just over an hour on the viewing platforms, it was windy on the outdoor one so not very long up there, we enjoyed champagne included in our ticket cost and we bought some little souvenirs for ourselves and my young grandchildren. We had a fabulous view from our hotel window of the Shard and lit up at night lighting up the hours is very entertaining and we enjoyed that tremendously. Bugger the television 🤣 Lastly we did visit the facilities, the "loos with views" are going to be my topic of conversation for the next month! Please, please go......you will not be disappointed 😁

The Shard is an absolute must see when visiting London\. The views are spectacular, the building is seriously impressive, and standing so high above the city makes you feel like you own London—until you discover the toilets! Yes, the toilets deserve their own tourist attraction. Imagine sitting there, admiring the breathtaking panoramic view of London through a huge floor to ceiling window, while simultaneously wondering whether you’re actually enjoying the view… or accidentally starring in someone else’s? It’s an extraordinary experience: nature calls, London answers, and you’re left hoping nobody in a nearby building has a pair of binoculars or worse, a very good camera lens. Forget the London Eye; this is sightseeing with a whole new perspective. Seriously though, The Shard is spectacular and the views are unforgettable. Just remember to take in the scenery before heading to the bathroom and perhaps give the neighbouring buildings a quick scan first. **Tourist must see: 10/10**

quite simply , what a wonderful experience , from the minute you step out of the lift the view is unbelievable , just breathtaking , once you find you feet at being so high up its excellent , i suggest a drink while your there to settle any nerves you may have , it is high ! you can see all the landmarks near or in the distance , the cars,buses and trains look just like toys down below out of the windows . an expeience you wont forget , just breathtaking , wow . well worth every penny . so straight forward on entry ,have your digital tickets ready , quick scan and your through . no waiting , one lift up and one lift down . first staff , first class view , you just have to do this .

Safety and security makes people safe and comfortable. I like the way they have scanning like airport style. And also the music and the view. Without these security scanning people can abused the entrance especially nowadays, there's a big changes in London after 25 years, I've been in this Building since 2015 and there's no scanning security that time. Very satisfied and highly recommended to meet someone special and good for lunch, drinks and dinner. 🥘 ❤️🥰👍🏽

Very nice view from all 3 floors - 69th , 33th and 32 nd floor. If given a chance I would definitely go there again. Just wanted to say that I would have liked to go on the top floor which is for staff just to see the view from the top. Staff were friendly. I did have my tickets that were not scanning and I had to go to upstairs ticket office to get them reprinted. This took alot of their time but I managed to get it done. Definitely recommend to friends and family. Beautiful view.

The actual view is also e obviously but the guys, Zia and Chris were great, giving us a potted history in a funny but informative way. I'll reckoned for sure. The walk over the O2 was great too. The climb guide was friendly and informative. The walk itself was good, views impressive. We'd been to a gig the night before so that made it even more cool. Again I'll recommend. And for the deal we got on the combined ticket, great value for money.

Great experience. The best views of London. It has indoor and outdoor viewing decks. You can have a drink or grab a bite to eat during the experience. You have to use the restrooms — they are an experience in themselves. The only downside is the entrance, as it is a bit confusing when you arrive. They should make it clearer that you access it through the passage under the plaza.

Since the number of visitors is limited, it is never too crowded. You get a great view of London in all directions. The time you have at the top is completely sufficient. I would definitely do it again.

Large bags and backpacks, over the size of 22 x 15 x 8 inches (55 x 38 x 20cm), or other large equipment are not allowed

Up at The O2

Safety is a priority, so this experience is restricted for guests under the age of 8 years, under the height of 1.2m, and over the weight of 21 stone/130kg/286lbs.

The maximum measurements required are a waist measurement of 125cm and a maximum upper thigh measurement of 75cm.

Note: Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult in the ratios: ages 8 to 17 – 1 adult to 5 minors.

Up at The O2 is not suitable for pregnant women.

Climbers must not be under the influence of alcohol or legal or illegal substances: You will not be permitted to participate and will not be refunded.
