Ease of booking tickets for twist is a no brainer. I chose twist over the other similiar experiences available in London for my 13 year old niece and i as it appeared to have the best reviews .we were not disappointed . Absolute brain melting amazing place with lovely friendly staff.added bonus lockers available (free to use) so you can go totally hands free .gift shop had lots of choice too .definately going on our to do list again !

We loved it—I went with my son and we tried all the activities, and at the end we bought the photos. The admission is a little pricey for how short the visit is, but it was time well spent, especially since it was a rainy day.

Great having free lockers. Good range of items in shop. Interesting exhibits. Helpful and friendly staff. Not too crowded. Could have more items for single people (some require two people to work e.g. Kaleidoscope) and seats.

Inside Twist Museum, you’ll move through spaces designed around perception, illusion, and interactive experiences. With no set route to follow, you’re free to explore in any order and spend as much time as you like at each installation.

3D hologram image: Visit the hologram capture point to create a personalised 3D hologram image and see yourself transformed into a striking holographic effect.

What’s not allowed

Smoking and outside food and drinks are not allowed on this experience.

Accessibility

The experience is wheelchair accessible.

Strollers must be left in the designated buggy parking area and are not permitted inside the exhibition spaces.

Carers are eligible for a complimentary carer’s ticket.

Your guide dogs are welcome at the venue.

Additional information

Twist Museum is generally open daily from 10am - 7:30pm Monday to Thursday, with extended hours until 9pm on Fridays and Saturdays, and until 7pm on Sundays.

Last entry is one hour before closing.

The experience typically lasts around 60 - 90 minutes.

All child and infant tickets must be accompanied by a paying adult.

Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Toddlers aged 0 - 3 can enter free of charge.
