Our tour guide Nickolas Player was extremely good very informative with lots of humour in his delivery. The guy is a walking encyclopaedia. The weather was lovely and the crowds not too bad to say it was a Bank Holiday Sunday. Highly recommended

This centuries-old ritual marks the official start of the day at the Tower and offers a rare, quieter glimpse of the site and a chance to see the Crown Jewels before the crowds arrive.

Thames cruise: With the relevant option, enjoy a self paced boat ride along the Thames using your flexible sightseeing cruise ticket.

What’s not allowed

Photography is allowed in most areas, except the Jewel House and the Chapel of St. John.

Luggage, large bags, tripods, selfie sticks, and other photographic or recording equipment are not allowed in this experience.

Smoking, eating, and drinking are not allowed.

This experience is not wheelchair or pram/stroller accessible.

Complimentary adult carer/companion tickets can be obtained on the day of your visit upon presentation of proof of supporting documents (such as a Blue Badge, Freedom Pass, DLA letter or PIP letter) at the Ticket Office.

Your guide dogs are welcome at the venue.

The Crown Jewels are a working collection, and as a consequence, the display is subject to change without prior notice due to security reasons.

Due to increased security measures at many attractions, some lines may form on tours with 'Skip the line' access.

Extra measures may be implemented at some venues due to heightened global security. As a result, you may experience delays in getting through mandatory security checks when entering these venues. Extra measures may also restrict the size of bags that can be brought inside. To avoid disruptions or possible denied entry, we strongly suggest that you avoid bringing large purses, bags, or backpacks on your tour.

Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before departure. Guests arriving after departure cannot be accommodated, & missed tours or tickets cannot be refunded.
