SoloVerified bookingJun 20264/5Yes enjoyed & yes manage to walk over the glass bridge. It was a shame that you couldn't do the engine room first or be given the option. You walk to middle of bridge for entrance to Tower bridge then when that's finished you have to walk all the way back & down steps yet again to then go to engine room. The lifts weren't working I thought it could be great to be given a choose which way you choose to do it as we were also doing Tower of London & then we had to then walk across again so for me it would of been better doing Engine room firstMMargaret H
CoupleVerified bookingLast week5/5Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Tower Bridge, there are a lot of steps (206 to get to the top) but the sections have resting places so you can go up at you own pace. The views are fantastic and the glass floor takes quite a bit of courage to walk on (that's just my opinion as i'm scared of heights lol) lots of very interesting information about how the Bridge was made and the people involved, including the engine room. We spent just over an hour there and enjoyed every minute.
