Fantastic tour. We liked we were able to go round ourselves using the audio with tour guides on hand to help if required.

No queuing was a good start. The headphones and commentary added depth to the exhibits which were well set up in chronological order.

I grew up in Liverpool & the Liver Building was so iconic I wanted to know a bit more of it's history. It was also a chance to get a closer view of the Liver Birds.

Tour was wonderful, really excellent. Only issue the souvenir photo. There was a glare all over my wife's glasses which totally ruined the photo. We couldn't see in the checkout screenshot as it was too small, only noticed it after we left and saw the full sized photo. This was extremely disappointing

Russell was an amazing tour guide. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and happy to answer all of our questions. The tour never felt rushed, and he gave us plenty of time to look around, take everything in and get lots of photos. The audiovisual experience and 4D projection inside the clock chamber were absolutely fantastic and really added to the experience. I also loved hearing the stories and fascinating facts about the Liver Birds, particularly Bella and Bertie, and learning things I’d never heard before. A brilliant and really interesting experience made even better by Russell. Highly recommended!
