The important part for my wife and I was the ease of booking and boarding the cruise down the Rhine. The commentary in English was very clear enabling us to understand the history and landmarks.

Highly recommended. Very affordable. Nice, clean boat. Air conditioning inside. Departed on time. Easy parking within walking distance. Drinks are served everywhere. Information available in German and English. Afterward, enjoy some shopping and outdoor cafes, since it’s located near the old town.

The tour was great. We saw a lot, and the explanations were just right—not too much. The waitstaff are all very, very nice, and the tarte flambée is super delicious.

A very pleasant cruise on a charming ship. The food offered was excellent value for the price. The menu is small, but there's something for everyone.

One thing I noticed right away that I liked was that we were allowed to board the ship 30 minutes before departure. The ship was clean, and the service was quick and very friendly. We sat outside under umbrellas. The audio commentary was very clear even out there during the cruise. I did occasionally miss hearing which side (right or left) the sights were on. Two hours is a good length of time and goes by quickly.

It was a lovely trip; the staff was very helpful. We didn't have any problems even with a wheelchair—except that the ramp from the shore to the ship is a bit steep, but it's manageable. It was a wonderful experience.

You drive past the castles, but you only hear their names mentioned very briefly, and then it’s quiet again. I looked it up on Google later, and there’s so much interesting stuff to say about them. More is said about the other things than about the castles that the tour is supposed to be about. It’s a real shame because otherwise it would be a totally cool experience.
