It wasn’t my first boat trip on the Rhine, but it was my best one. It started with the fact that, as a person with a disability using a wheelchair, I was allowed to board first. Throughout the trip, the service provided by the staff at BNord was very friendly and attentive. The coffee and cake were delicious (the cake tasted just like Mom used to make). The commentary on the sights on both sides was well-presented. All in all, an impressive trip.

The tour is lovely. It takes about 2 hours to cruise along the Rhine. There are plenty of seats in the outdoor area on the boat. You can bring your own food or order something from the onboard kitchen. The service is quick and friendly. Tip: when it’s hot, it’s nice to sit inside by the open window and turn your seat toward the railing :)—it’s cool and cozy.

What we especially loved about the boat tour was the relaxed atmosphere and the beautiful views. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and the entire trip was exceptionally well-organized. Dear Sir or Madam, I booked online and was informed on site that if I had booked in person, I would have received a discount for two out of four people based on my valid disability cards with GdB ratings of 50 and 80, respectively. I was unable to claim this discount online. Is it possible to receive a refund?
