Lots of parking spaces available, but very full despite being off-season. On the boat, there was good, non-annoying commentary about the castles and other sights. Snacks and drinks at fair prices. Very friendly staff. We were there with two kids (6 and 8) for the two-hour tour.

It was a nice boat tour, despite the rainy weather. The trip through the lock is very interesting, the flammkuchen was delicious, the drinks were okay, and the price was reasonable too. What wasn't good: the boat docked in a completely different place from where it had departed. This is very inconvenient for people like me with mobility issues, as our car was parked very far away.

The staff was incredibly friendly. The food on board was really delicious, and the prices were very reasonable. It was also clean, the atmosphere on board was very pleasant, and there were sunshades on deck for anyone who didn’t want to sit directly in the sun but still wanted to feel the breeze. The tour itself was also a lot of fun. The Moselle landscape is simply a treat. I’d love to go again!

It was really nice to see the sights. The ship was great. I also liked that this ship is owned by a family with a long tradition. The staff was very friendly, and toddlers were welcome. There’s absolutely nothing negative to report.

We missed our original trip, but mr. Giles very kindly allowed us to take another one. It was really relaxing cruise with very friendly stuff. Good coffee and really tasty flammenkuchen. Prices on board are really reasonable. .
