We had a great cruise; it was very well organized, and seeing the container ships at night was a real highlight. The tour guide was excellent and explained a lot of technical details in an entertaining way. The music played during the cruise was well-chosen. All in all, it was a very successful cruise.

We really appreciated that, because of the weather, we were offered a heated boat. Unfortunately, it didn’t go through the Speicherstadt. Maybe the price could be adjusted accordingly! But the guys did a great job. Personal best wishes to Captain Eddi from the guests from Marzahn, and best of luck to the trainee for his exam in 1 1/2 weeks. The two guys were great

It was a really lovely and informative tour. Our guide, Vivi, was very kind and had a natural way of telling us about cocoa. It was great to be able to taste the differences in the beans’ flavors at the various stages of processing. Our guide explained everything clearly and with enthusiasm. We were very satisfied :)

I highly recommend this tour. It’s both informative and entertaining. It really makes you think about your own consumption habits. Plus, you get to taste every step of the process, from the cocoa bean to the finished chocolate bar. The kids (ages 8 and 10) and I loved it!

We really enjoyed the knowledgeable, informative, and thoroughly humorous tour of the harbor, even if it wasn’t always entirely accurate and occasionally included some old-fashioned “wife jokes.” The 30-minute delay in departure time was negative and incomprehensible: The departure time was listed as 3:30 p.m. at the time of booking and in the app, and we were told to arrive early. Departing at 4:00 p.m. without communicating this is not good and comes across as unprofessional.
