We had a great cruise; it was very well organized, and seeing the container ships at night was a real highlight. The tour guide was excellent and explained a lot of technical details in an entertaining way. The music played during the cruise was well-chosen. All in all, it was a very successful cruise.

We really appreciated that, because of the weather, we were offered a heated boat. Unfortunately, it didn’t go through the Speicherstadt. Maybe the price could be adjusted accordingly! But the guys did a great job.
Personal best wishes to Captain Eddi from the guests from Marzahn, and best of luck to the trainee for his exam in 1 1/2 weeks. The two guys were great

Amazing tour! Goes around the major landmarks in Hamburg and the guide recording explains everything in detail also giving fun facts about the city and its inhabitants. For example, Helmut Schmidt's smoking habits (the only photo taken of him when he was not holding a cigarette was that taken when he was born!), the multiculturalism of Hamburg, how the city changed over the years, where people normally gather on weekends and how their habits change between summer and winter are all highlighted. Do recommend!!!

I was truly amazed by the complete trust that the City of Hamburg places in its residents and tourists. We never encountered any ticket or pass inspections. We used the Hamburg Card for 5 days for 4 groups of 4 people each (16 people in total).

The tour my husband and I took was excellent and very informative. We saw parts of the harbor we hadn’t seen before. We really enjoyed it!
One negative point is that we couldn’t go into the Speicherstadt because of low tide. This shouldn’t happen to a long-established, reputable company (Prüsse), since these “low tide times” are well known and could be factored into the departure times well in advance.
Otherwise, we would highly recommend the 2-hour boat tour anytime.
