Highlights - Beautiful sunny day, helpful staff, very impressive miniature cities, clean, Lego creations everywhere, themed rides and attractions. Less than optimal - Many food kiosks were closed resulting in long lines and grumpy visitors. Very expensive theme park.

We had limited time in Copenhagen and booking the tickets on line enabled us to walk past the queues and access the beautiful gardens quickly. It was easy to book and a fair price for the convenience

Bought tickets online to avoid queues and walked straight in. Collect wrist bands from machines inside the park and enjoy your day. The gardens were beautiful and there is a great selection of rides to cater for all ages (some of the larger rides do not open till late afternoon). Prices for food are expensive but plenty of options, especilly in the food market.

Everything is well-organized, tidy, and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There were a few issues, but they were resolved with the staff’s help.

Great service. I bought four discounted tickets to Home Carlsberg, and everything went perfectly! I was able to easily learn about the history of Carlsberg beer without wasting time waiting in line at the ticket office.

At first there were some issues, because the pass couldn't be added to the platform. Due to generous help, I was able to successfully add it and I could travel. And the journey is wonderful. I will definitely travel again to another country with trains.

The Eurial Global Flexible Pass has been easy to use and manage my tickets. It's nice that you can use one day and take multiple trains within that day (very helpful when you have missed your prior train). It provides most of the platform numbers at each station. Only thing I can say that I wish was better about it is that, it would be nice if there was a better list of train station names for cities (got on train to another part of the city)

Well, it went really well because we asked for an upgrade to the 1-hour-and-45-minute tour on a covered boat since it was raining, and they gave it to us. The tour guide and entertainer on the boat was truly fantastic. He told us all sorts of interesting facts. It was the best boat tour I’ve ever been on.
