The organization and processing of the purchased tickets went smoothly. I would prefer booking the seats directly. The event was impressive and very beautiful. The live experience makes it so much better than watching recordings online. Absolutely recommended.

Last week

A magnificent excursion with breathtaking landscapes. Although it is a long bus ride, Hallstatt is a must-see. One of the most beautiful things I have ever seen in my life, and Olga, our guide, was excellent, providing very interesting commentary.

Our guide, Priscila, was wonderful throughout the entire tour. We loved the trip to Hallstatt. The town is truly beautiful. We also really liked Salzburg, but we didn’t have quite enough time to explore the city—though you can’t ask for more in just one day. This trip was definitely worth it.

Organization and punctuality. We couldn't find any tickets left, and paying a little extra for the train option turned out to be a great choice because it's impossible to see everything on foot in just one morning. Plus, the train offers an audio guide in multiple languages.

Last week

Basically, I recommend the Vienna Card, but it is misleading that I can cancel booked events with the provider, but cannot book a replacement on Headout. This means instead of 7 events, I would only have 6. Additionally, one booked event simply disappeared from Headout and the provider, which is even more annoying!!!! So I could only enjoy 5 of the 7 included events of the Vienna Card. Sad!

The bus tour is really interesting and lets us see everything the city has to offer. The visits to the castle and palace went well and are well worth it. With the tickets printed by Big Bus, you just show up at the ticket counter and it's simple. I recommend it, good price.

In the end, it was nice to have unlimited access to public transportation. We didn't take the hop-on, hop-off bus tour. Partly because we thought it was expensive despite the discount, and partly because we didn't really need it. We did find the discounts on other attractions with the Vienna Card to be rather meager.
