Belvedere Palace was one of my favorite places to visit in Vienna. The palace is absolutely beautiful, and the gardens are lovely, especially on a sunny day. The art collection is also impressive, with Klimt’s “The Kiss” being the highlight. It can get quite busy, but the atmosphere is still great and there is plenty to see. Definitely worth visiting if you’re in Vienna!

We arrived at Belvedere unprepared and weren't aware that tickets were sold for specific time slots. There was a fairly long line of people at the ticket counter, and a man had just come out and told his family that he hadn’t been able to get tickets for Upper Belvedere (for a specific time slot, I think), so he had opted for tickets to Lower Belvedere instead. I then checked online and, within a few minutes, managed to get tickets for Upper Belvedere for an earlier time slot—one that was already sold out at the ticket counter. Well done!

A museum of great importance, superbly organized and boasting a truly impressive collection, especially in the Egyptian and Oriental sections. The papyrus of the Book of the Dead is unique and exceptional. Truly a great museum.

Nice tour the story (diane) told was without faults. Splendid rooms. You can imagine a little bit the life of them in old times. It was very warm that day so she makes the tourma little bit shorter

The mineral collection definitely made the biggest impression on us; it was described in a very interesting yet accessible way. Aside from the fact that the building probably wasn't air-conditioned, it was a great place.
