I live close to Wroclaw ZOO, which is one of the biggest in the world (in number of species) so I had a big expectations and I did not dissapoint. Main point was for me the Pandas. Except this You have wonderfull an opportunity for visitors to get up close and personal with your animal residents. We also really enjoyed the additional architectural touches that reflect the age of the Vienna facility. You’re really doing a great job!

Everything went well; the guide spoke excellent English, and in addition to the tour of the palace, he also showed us part of the gardens. The directions to the meeting place were a bit vague; we looked for the flag for a good few minutes before realizing there wasn’t one...

Clear, easy-to-understand language! Extensive expertise; she always kept the guests engaged and encouraged them to ask questions. A friendly tour guide who shared many of her own experiences and anecdotes. It was a real pleasure to listen to her. The tour was a wonderful experience!

Very well organized, with short wait times and very friendly staff and service at the Hof-Cafe. Prices are unfortunately high, but the quality is very good.

The ability to get on and off the bus and visit the city at your own pace is one of the highlights. Another major plus is being able to listen to the commentary on the audio guide in your preferred language. This really helps you to better understand the buildings, parks, and monuments. The explanations given by the staff before boarding the bus and the brochure provided with the chosen route also make things much easier.

Everything was great—both the red and the blue tours! The Parliament building is absolutely gorgeous; there's nothing quite like it in Germany.

You skip the long lines at the ticket counter, get a friendly welcome, have your ticket scanned, and off you go! Despite the crowds, the zoo itself is clean, the enclosures are well-maintained, and the animals seem happy. It was a truly wonderful day for me and, above all, for my little grandson. His favorite part was the train ride back to the Tiroler Hof.

Super easy to buy the tickets and get there. Directions are clear and helpful. And definitely listen when it tells you to get there early! We got to see lots of animals without huge crowds because of that.
