We had a great time, the London on there wasn't a que even thought it was half term was expecting it to be busy, great experience , River cruise, was great only issue is we got left in a completely different area, and the only way we could get back was to pay again! Even though we had paid for the experience! Which paying for return should have been included in our ticket!

Recently, me and my family had the wonderful opportunity to enjoy the Thames River Cruise from Westminster Pier to Greenwich Pier, and it became one of the most memorable parts of our London trip. From the moment we boarded the cruise until we arrived in Greenwich, the entire experience was relaxing, enjoyable, and filled with breathtaking views of London’s famous landmarks. The journey started at Westminster Pier, which is perfectly located near some of London’s most iconic attractions, including Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament, and the London Eye. The boarding process was smooth and very well organized. The staff welcomed everyone warmly and helped passengers with great professionalism and kindness. Traveling with family can sometimes be stressful, especially with children, but the friendly atmosphere immediately made us feel comfortable and excited for the trip ahead. The boat itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We especially loved the open-air upper deck, where we could fully enjoy the panoramic views of the city. As the cruise began moving along the River Thames, we were amazed by the incredible scenery surrounding us. Seeing London from the water gave us a completely different perspective compared to exploring the city on foot or by bus. One of the best parts of the cruise was the live commentary provided during the journey. The guide was entertaining, knowledgeable, and full of interesting stories about London’s history and landmarks. My family really enjoyed listening to the fun facts and humorous commentary while admiring the views. It kept everyone engaged throughout the trip and made the experience both educational and entertaining. As we sailed further along the Thames, we passed many of London’s world-famous attractions. Seeing Tower Bridge from the river was absolutely unforgettable. The views of the Tower of London, St. Paul’s Cathedral, Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre, Canary Wharf, and The Shard were truly spectacular. Every few minutes brought another amazing photo opportunity, and my family took countless pictures to remember the experience. What made the cruise even more special was the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. London can often feel busy and crowded, but being on the river allowed us to slow down and enjoy quality family time together. The gentle movement of the boat, the fresh air, and the beautiful skyline created a calm and enjoyable environment for everyone. It was such a refreshing break from the fast pace of the city. The journey to Greenwich was equally beautiful. As we approached Greenwich Pier, we admired the charming riverside scenery and the rich maritime atmosphere of the area. Greenwich is such a lovely destination with plenty to explore. After the cruise, my family visited the Cutty Sark, walked through Greenwich Park, and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. It felt like the perfect ending to an already fantastic day. I would also like to mention how excellent the customer service was throughout the entire experience. The staff members were polite, attentive, and always ready to help passengers with a smile. Their professionalism and friendliness made the cruise even more enjoyable for families and tourists alike. Overall, the Thames River Cruise from Westminster Pier to Greenwich Pier exceeded all our expectations. It was not just a sightseeing trip but a truly memorable family experience filled with beautiful views, relaxation, and unforgettable moments together. I would highly recommend this cruise to anyone visiting London, especially families looking for a unique and enjoyable way to explore the city. It is a perfect combination of sightseeing, comfort, and entertainment, and it created wonderful memories that my family and I will always treasure..

Great service; it works really well with the app. The Thames cruise was truly beautiful. In my personal opinion, the London Eye ride isn’t worth the ticket price—it didn’t leave a particularly strong impression on me. I went during the day. Maybe it would be better at sunset or at night.

How incredibly knowledgeable the man was on the Thames tour boat. Was an incredible experience learning so much. The London eye was good although,coukd do with some cold air being blown in as it was ridiculously hot.
