A special place—we went there for a sundowner and really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful—the panoramic view was wonderful. The live music also helped make the evening a wonderful memory. I hope to have the pleasure of visiting again for an early morning appointment! I imagine it would also be very pleasant to watch London wake up from up there!

Matthew the General manager was fabulous. We hadn't realised we needed to book seats and he was so helpful and professional and managed to get seats for myself , daughter and nieces . He was just lovely . Terrific service

The band that were preforming were unprofessional, the singer in particular. Unorganised, asking the crowd for song suggestions, dancing provocatively, swearing on the mic. The venue was stunning and I'd come back again if it was a DJ set instead.

Everything went really well, except when I asked for champagne, the bartender wouldn't give it to me—he just offered me a glass of wine—but I showed him my receipt, and he had no choice but to give me the champagne
