The experience was great. Breakfast is delicious, quick, and the service is exemplary. You’re greeted with pain au chocolat, pain aux raisins, and muffins. You can choose between coffee, hot chocolate, or tea for your hot beverage and several options for your main dish. Avocado toast, toast with eggs, shakshuka, among others... I chose the toast with scrambled eggs, and it was delicious and a generous portion. After that, you can go straight into the Sky Garden without having to wait in line. A beautiful spot with a great view of the city.

Great to get in so early to be there for the views. However, I felt the people taking orders for coffee and bouffant's were just getting us through as fast as possible and not providing the option to purchase other pastries. Overall, enjoyable!

Everything went smoothly. A really nice tour, and a friendly guide on the Thames cruise. The Sky Garden is beautiful in the morning. It’s just a shame you can’t go out on the terrace. These bookings were definitely worth it.

April 26, 2026: a clear day, not a cloud in sight, and a deep blue sky. We went up to the 36th floor of the Sky Garden... a 360-degree view of the city... amazing!!! And if you can enjoy a good cup of coffee and a little treat while taking it all in, even better 👍. Highly recommended

We received a terrible welcome from two unfriendly young women. The time for our check-in and breakfast was changed without us being notified! We couldn't check in because we had another trip planned, and they wouldn't give us a refund. Too bad....

Entry to Sky Garden is subject to a security check and bag search. After security, an elevator will take you to Sky Garden.
