I really enjoyed the Cartier exhibition in Melbourne. There were some beautiful pieces on display, and it was interesting to see the detail and workmanship that went into them. Being able to look at the jewellery up close gave me a much better appreciation of the designs and the work involved in creating each piece.
There was plenty to look at, and I enjoyed taking my time rather than rushing through. Some of the pieces were quite spectacular, while others were simpler but just as lovely. You don’t need to know much about jewellery to enjoy it.
It was a lovely way to spend a few hours and something a bit different to do in Melbourne. I’m glad I went and would recommend it to anyone who enjoys jewellery, design or simply looking at beautiful things.

Absolutely loved the Cartier exhibition. A stunning and well presented display of spectacular jewellery far more than I had imagined.
My friend and I wandered through the gallery for two hours, awe struck by the opulence, the beauty of each item and reading the history behind them. We both agreed it was a wonderful event and a day well spent.

The kids and I had a great time panning for gold and touring the underground mine.
Loved the wagon wheel factory, the belt systems were amazing to see, a reminder of how much things have changed. Highly recommend.

Beautiful baths and home scenery set up. Immersed you into the Roman age while you read about their story and saw funerary reliefs, statues and every day items of those long ago people. Great gift shop at the end of the exhibition, immersive learning, child's toy to bring you closer to ancient people who can feel far away at time. This has renewed my interest in Ancient Rome.
