Wow. Thank you for sharing this exhibition in Melbourne. From the moment I stepped through the door I was in awe The layout was stunning and so accessible even with the crowds. The exhibition bought you so close to the items you felt as though you could touch them. Having pieces from the Royals to film stars and commoners was very unexpected. Cartier showing their pieces of art work in the movie section was great to see. Ending in the tiara room I did 2 very slow laps. Cartier a huge thank you

Went on an organised tour which was fabulous. The tour guide was very informative and gave life to the exhibition. I booked and used one of your mobility scooters as I have a disability and it's quite an orideal for me to transport my own scooter to the gallery. What a marvellous service and it's free!!! I really value what you are offering the public. I will become a regular visitor from now on. Thank you so much.

No problem to enter though the ticket didn't specify a time slot which the NGV required at that price. Not forced to see an exhibition that I didn't want to see to be able to enter at any time. The downside was that it was crowded and it was difficult to have access to the exhibit. Head out was new to me but I will use it again in the future fit NGV events as the tickets are better value for money.

I HAD NO IDEA HOW FABULOUS THIS EXHIBITION WAS GOING TO BE. SMOOTH ENTRY, A BIT CROWEDED TO START BUT IT SMOOTHED OUT. I THOUGH ITWAS BEAUTIFULLY ARRANGED WITH SOMETHING NEW AND MARVELOUS AROUND EACH CORNER. WE FIIALYY GOT TO THE TIARA EXTRAVAGANZA AND COULDNT BELIEVE MY EYES. I WOULD LIKE TO ATEEND AGAIN SPENDING MORE TIME READING THE ANCEDOTES.

The Cartier exhibition was huge. The displays were brilliantly designed and lit. Although busy, it was possible to view each item easily. The artistry, skill and craftsmanship were amazing and the historical context informed the story. A delight and highly recommended!

The entry was smooth and easy and the staff were polite and helpful. The display was beautifully exhibited and so gorgeous to look at. The history and geography explained about the gem stones was informative and interesting. I loved the whole exhibition.

Go see it, Cartier was mesmerising. Every corner just made you gasp at the incredible masterpieces of jewellery they created. The vision and ability to create incredible jewellery pieces. The last room just makes you gasp

Have not been to the gallery since I was a young girl, now 56 it truly impressed me. The Cartier exhibition was stunning and so impressive. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

Historic and extraordinary objects: Over 300 remarkable items, including precious jewels, historic gemstones, iconic watches and clocks—spanning from Cartier’s beginnings at the turn of the 20th century through to its most contemporary creations.

Iconic and celebrated pieces: See famous works such as the panther brooch, the mystery clock and the Tank watch that helped shape Cartier’s enduring legacy.

Creative process & design: Design drawings from the Cartier archives illuminate the creative process behind these masterpieces, offering rare insight into their exceptional craftsmanship.

Global collaboration: The exhibition, created by the V&A, London in partnership with NGV and Cartier, features loans from private and institutional collections across Europe, the United States and Asia, alongside highlights from the Cartier Heritage Collection.
