The train trqvel is magnificient.it was expected. The staff were nice and professional.the dummy look real,especially mbappe & kane. Seeing the royal family is surrel and chilling.i love the total experience.

Barring not knowing which door to go to even staff redirected us 4 times with different information! It was a good attraction tho very different wax works to ones I saw 10yrs ago ! Big focus on marvel and star wars etc Harry Styles and Taylor Swift rather than historical figures Enjoyed the peace and quiet of champagne bar and fast track! Was out in 90 mins prob because I didn't recognise quite a few "celebrities ' due to being older than most its targeted at. Interesting day and enjoyable if u can cope with milling crowds

Took my grandson for his 13th birthday together with his mum and dad. Enjoyed all the exhibits and especially the train ride through time Disappointed the show at the end has now been cancelled. We were looking forward to seeing that

The Golden Pass is a good recommendation for a short break from the crowds. In the lounge you can enjoy the atmosphere in peace and quiet and look at more dolls.

What's not allowed

Suitcases or large items of hand luggage are not allowed in this experience.

For safety reasons, pushchairs cannot be taken inside and will have to be stored in the cloakroom upon arrival.
