CoupleVerified booking2 weeks ago5/5Despite the wait, an unforgettable experience—breathtaking views! My verdict: Yes, you have to expect some waiting time, but the London Eye is worth every penny and every minute of the wait! The view of the city is simply unbeatable. What made the experience perfect: The view: The 360-degree panorama of Big Ben, the Thames, and the skyline is simply spectacular and offers the best photo opportunities. The ride: The gondolas move extremely smoothly. The ride lasts about 30 minutes, so you have plenty of time to take it all in at your own pace. The organization: Despite the huge crowds, the entry process was very well organized and the line kept moving steadily. My tip for the wait: If you absolutely don’t want to wait in a long line, you should definitely book the Fast Track ticket. We had the standard ticket and, despite booking online, had to wait about 45 minutes. But in the end, the wait was definitely worth it! An absolute must-do in London—something you have to experience at least once in your life. Highly recommended!DDebra C
FamilyVerified bookingJul 20265/5We had a fantastic time at the London eye today, We had the opportunity to come and visit this magnificent country during our 7 day trip and got recommended this throughout many people. As one of your guys top attractions and sights to see in London. Once we got on it we had a enjoyable and fun experience being able to sight see the city of London and the other cool buildings to share and take photos. Additionally how you guys offer photos was a great opportunity to keep a unforgettable memory of our trip on your magnificent London eye you guys have to offer. Over all I would give this trip to the London eye and 5 stars with the smooth ride and the amazing sight seeing views were a very enjoyable experience. Lastly I would be recommending this to anyone wanting to see or know what London is like and this is a great way to introduce and incorporate the enjoyable sights into your day!AAnnette G
CoupleVerified booking2 weeks ago4/5Booked tickets for 14.30h, arrived at 14h and we discovered that meant we had to wait until 14.30h to join the queue. So we sat on a wall in the shade to wait. We finally entered the London Eye at 15h. The trip lasts 30 minutes and the carriages don't really stop for you to enter and leave them... the doors open and the carriage moves slowly past the entry platform ... rather like boarding a boat. Views were stunning. Shame that the windows were dirty, however that must be something of a challenge to organise! 🥰 We also learned we could 'upgrade' our tickets at the ticket office to visit for example, the London Dungeon and we chose to visit the aquarium just along the waterfront for ten pounds a head. I understand that booking a group of attractions proves cheaper than buying one at a time.RRodrigo S
CoupleVerified bookingLast week5/5Seeing London from the London Eye was unforgettable, but sharing the experience with my mother made it truly magical. From the smooth entry to the breathtaking views over the Thames, Big Ben and the city skyline, everything felt special. Watching her face light up as our capsule rose above London is a memory I will always treasure. More than an attraction, it was a beautiful moment between mother and son, perfectly organised, surprisingly peaceful and absolutely worth it!AAlan R
FamilyVerified bookingLast week5/5Having pre-booked the London Eye it was very straightforward getting on board. We joined a short queue around 20 minutes before our allocated slot, showed our e tickets and moved to the main access point. Everyone was moved through a couple of rows before we were lined up for a pod just like a fairground ride. Nice weather so great views over London.
Experience London from two completely different perspectives, moving from panoramic skyline views to a cutting-edge digital art landscape.
