Hadestown is a musical I have loved for years but had never the chance of seeing in person before, so when I started planning my trip to London it was the first thing I booked. The experience was great, I was worried because the balcony tickets were cheap and some reviews said that the view was awful from there, but for me, on the second row of the balcony, the view was perfect. The performances were breathtaking, I have those songs on repeat in my head ever since. I can recommend it enough, the musical is wonderful and you get to experience London's West End.

The work of the lighting is really incredibly well thought of and the set make it really impactfull "Wait for me" and " doubt comes in" fully got the drama enhance with it The actors were all very touching to see, with Orpheus being an adorable naive goofball. The costumes were all beautifull and working super well with the set and story. I can't wait to come back and see it again

The show was great. The app however was meh. Receiving the ticket was unnecessarily delayed; I said I didn't want advertising and I still received it; Receiving the reminder a couple of days beforehand was useful though. Not that I would have forgotten this booking, but I can well understand it with others.

I was simply amazed by the cast and crew and set design, it really was better than I have imagined and seen from the records. The whole thing was so atmospheric and I laughed and cried throughout the performances. Thank you so much, it was simply wonderful experience.

The scenography and music was incredible. I loved how the actor acted, danced and sang especially Orfeus. My favorite thing was the altmosphere like in New Orlean. I hope I could see it again with better view though because my sits were very poor.

Hades and Hermes were incredible highlights of the show! Fantastic performances The set design was amazing and even though our seats meant our view of the balcony on stage was obscured we stikk had an incredible time

The story

A story about the trials and tribulations of love, Hadestown focuses on two couples — the poverty-ridden Orpheus and Eurydice and the King of the Underworld, Hades and his wife, Persephone. When Persephone is miserable about returning to the Underworld after she visits the world above, Hades heads out to search for someone who will appreciate the offerings of his home. He finds Eurydice and convinces her to move to the Underworld in exchange for food and protection. Eurydice agrees and becomes a worker at Hadestown, the dark underground factory of Hades. When Orpheus finds out, he vows to save Eurydice. What follows is a heartbreaking tale of sacrifice, triumph and the mysterious machinations of fate.

The Hadestown show is a wonderful experience. It was easy to find good seats, and the theater was beautiful and well-equipped. We loved it from the first to the last moment; the staff was attentive and helpful. The cast, in addition to being highly trained, well-prepared, and exceptional, was also kind and friendly to the fans! The only criticism is that the balcony above us sloped down toward the stage like a funnel, partially obstructing the view, and it would have been nice to know this when booking the tickets, perhaps by putting a visual layout or some photos on the website.

The musical was breathtaking, all the performers were excellent, and the staging was incredible. We were seated in the Dress Circle and had a great view of the entire stage. Everything was very well organized, from buying the tickets online to finding our seats. A wonderful experience for me and my 12- and 14-year-old granddaughters—highly recommended!!!
