This was my first time using Headout and it was a success. We chose to book Leaning Tower of Pisa tickets this way because it didn't appear there were any available entry opportunities on the official site - so I was a little skeptical when Headout had times available. Admission to the site was very easy, but there were 2 very unpleasant things. First: starting a car race at such a site makes absolutely no sense! It's polluting, dangerous, and noisy... Second: it needs to be explained to visitors that the bag storage has a very limited capacity, which limits it only to visitors of the tower, with immediate and mandatory retrieval as soon as you leave the tower. Otherwise, you risk being denied entry to other areas, such as the baptistery, for example.

Handbags/bags/luggage must be left at the cloakroom before the visit and picked up at the end of the visit.
