With the ticket and a midday time slot, it was a great experience. First the cathedral and baptistery, then off to the tower at the scheduled time. Very relaxed. To wrap it up, food and drinks at the amusement terrace restaurant with a view of the tower. A day well spent.

we had a good time at Pisa but I will no longer use Headout. We had two issues in Rome with their "partners" and were unable to use their tickets due to changes they made. They refused to provide refunds and Headout offered me $7.56 credit for another event. I will be using other travel apps from now on.

Bag drop-off needs to be communicated better. Having one queue for the time slots makes no sense. BETTER TO HAVE 2 AT 15-MINUTE INTERVALS. The tower itself is an experience even from below. Good view from the top.

All in all, it went well. The directions in the PDF itself were unclear, but the customer service was friendly. With a lot of patience, it all worked out well in the end. I even received a small compensation.
