Pisa Attractions

we had a good time at Pisa but I will no longer use Headout. We had two issues in Rome with their "partners" and were unable to use their tickets due to changes they made. They refused to provide refunds and Headout offered me $7.56 credit for another event. I will be using other travel apps from now on.

Bag drop-off needs to be communicated better. Having one queue for the time slots makes no sense. BETTER TO HAVE 2 AT 15-MINUTE INTERVALS. The tower itself is an experience even from below. Good view from the top.

The experience was good, but I didn't like that the visit to the cathedral only lasted five minutes because they told us it was closing, when in reality that wasn't the case. I saw people going in afterwards. The other visits were very good.

The museum was incredible! These tickets were a steal for what we got to do with them. Absolutely the highlight of our trip!

I recommend this tour without hesitation; you will go down to a depth of 135 m. And you will see how men and animals worked to extract salt. It will amaze you with its history, vast tunnels, chapels, and lakes... For French speakers, I recommend the guide Marek Czyzowsk (Marc), a great guide who will explain the history and wonders of this mine with a touch of humor for an enjoyable visit. I thank Marek for this unforgettable experience, a huge thank you to him; he brought this tour to life with professionalism and humor, making it a wonderful time. A guide worth his weight in gold. All in all, it went well. The directions in the PDF itself were unclear, but the customer service was friendly. With a lot of patience, it all worked out well in the end. I even received a small compensation.
