With the ticket and a midday time slot, it was a great experience. First the cathedral and baptistery, then off to the tower at the scheduled time. Very relaxed. To wrap it up, food and drinks at the amusement terrace restaurant with a view of the tower. A day well spent.

The experience was good, but I didn't like that the visit to the cathedral only lasted five minutes because they told us it was closing, when in reality that wasn't the case. I saw people going in afterwards. The other visits were very good.

Great place to explore on your own; Contrary to the booking information, the audio guide was also available in German; Despite the large crowds, we were able to tour the site without having to wait; Free admission to the cathedral involved a 10-minute wait in the sun

The tour guide Andrea had a good range of knowledge and brought a bit of humour into her tour experience. She also timed it well so we had plenty of time to take photos. It was well paced.
