Barring not knowing which door to go to even staff redirected us 4 times with different information! It was a good attraction tho very different wax works to ones I saw 10yrs ago ! Big focus on marvel and star wars etc Harry Styles and Taylor Swift rather than historical figures Enjoyed the peace and quiet of champagne bar and fast track! Was out in 90 mins prob because I didn't recognise quite a few "celebrities ' due to being older than most its targeted at. Interesting day and enjoyable if u can cope with milling crowds

This time, I had the pleasure of visiting with my parents, which made the experience even more special. The fast-track tickets made entry quick and smooth, allowing us to make the most of our day. The wax figures were incredibly realistic, and the interactive exhibits kept everyone engaged. My parents thoroughly enjoyed seeing their favourite celebrities and historical figures. The attraction was well organized, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. A wonderful family experience and a memorable part of our London trip. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Took my grandson for his 13th birthday together with his mum and dad. Enjoyed all the exhibits and especially the train ride through time Disappointed the show at the end has now been cancelled. We were looking forward to seeing that

Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed inside the attraction for security reasons.
