Anytime fast track tickets - totally worth the money! We did not have a great deal of time in the city centre and having two young kids with me these tickets were fantastic, we were beeped through and waited no more than five minutes for the viewing platform we put on to come around. Would 100% advise anyone short on time, have children with any additional needs or dont want to stick a rigid routine to get these .. also i booked three weeks in advance and paid two days before we went so if we needed to cancel we could without being charged Just BRILLIANT tickets so worth the money

What a great experience ! We last went on the London Eye soon after it opened so decided to re-visit . It was well worth the decision to upgrade to the Champagne Experience- we totally avoided any queues, had a calm pre-flight experience at the reception bar in the historic riverside buildings and were then escorted aboard by the informative Stephanie to enjoy an uncrowded ride and a glass of chilled good quality champagne ! - definitely recommended 👍 Headout were great communicators and all the info re meeting / timings/ tickets were easy to access .

If you want to come to the center, sit on a cozy sofa, and enjoy some peace in a beautiful setting, this is the place for you. You’ll be checked on a few times to make sure everything is okay, and then a smiling couple will come to look after you—you’ll be in capable hands and enjoy their great sense of humor. This amazing journey had just one downside: it lasted only 30 minutes.

We had an amazing time at the London Eye! Our guide AJ, was lovely and so personable. He made the experience that much better, with great knowledge and fun stories of the buildings we looked out over. It was so much fun, it felt like it was over in a blink of an eye. Would defintely go again next time in town!

But they will spam you with constant emails after your tour. If you don't respond with a written review you can't submit your rating. So I'll give the experience 5 stars but the constant emails and by now harassment to submit this review has unfortunately completely changed my view of the experience.

Die Buchung mit Headout war sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Es wurden sehr gute Tipps abgegeben. Wir waren als Familie mit 2 Kindern da (9/12y) , für uns alle war es ein perfektes Erlebnis. London Eye ist faszinierend, es gibt eine unglaubliche Sicht über London! Wir werden das gerne nochmal machen !

I booked the champagne experience for My Husbands 60th Birthday he loved it from start till finish, we had a pre drink in the VIP lounge and had fast track plus the group that was on there at the same time were really nice Thank you
