We arrived with VIP tickets, so we could choose our entry time, but we just walked in the same as everyone else, so that part didn't feel like VIP. The characters were amazing, they played their part to the Hilt. You can't have your picture taken with any of them though. At the end you get standard photos without paying because of the VIP package and a cocktail. Great fun to do, highly recommend. Karl.

WOW!!! What a show. Brilliant actors. Brilliant sets. Yes it's a bit scary for the very young but an absolute treat for the rest of us. Three cheers for all involved.

The London Dungeon was a great experience! The environment was very immersive and all of the actors were fully committed. It genuinely made for a very spooky experience--my partner and I were genuinely scared at severeal points! We also really enjoyed the photos that they took of us at the beginning and thought they made a great London souvenier. The one downside was that several people in our group were a bit rude and were speaking quite loud. At a few points, this made it difficult to actually hear the actors perform. But, that is not the fault of the business, though maybe they could have someone who monitors that a bit more closely. Still, an overall great experience and more fun than we had originally expected!

What to bring

Please have your tickets ready on your phone to show at the entrance.

What’s not allowed

Sharp objects, large luggage, cameras, video recording equipment, smoking, vaping, alcohol, and outside food or beverages are not permitted.

Photography is strictly prohibited inside the venue.

For safety reasons, children under 5 years are not allowed.

Accessibility

The experience is wheelchair accessible; however, only one wheelchair user is admitted per hour.

Guests with accessibility needs can book a free carer ticket alongside their own.

Pregnant guests are welcome, but the Drop Dead ride is not suitable.

Additional information

The London Dungeon is not suitable for children under 5 years.

The experience is not recommended for those of a nervous disposition or children under 12; entry for children under 12 is at parental or guardian discretion.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older.

Disabled guests pay standard admission, and carers enter free of charge.

The experience is conducted in English only.
