Durante a minha visita a Roma decidi experimentar o autocarro turístico e foi uma das melhores escolhas que fiz. Como era a minha primeira vez na cidade, ajudou-me imenso a orientar-me e a conhecer os principais pontos turísticos sem o stress de andar constantemente a procurar transportes. Gostei muito da possibilidade de entrar e sair nas paragens sempre que queria. Num momento estava a visitar o Coliseu e, mais tarde, já estava a caminho da zona do Vaticano. Os autocarros passaram com boa frequência, por isso nunca tive de esperar muito tempo. O áudio durante o percurso também foi uma surpresa agradável, porque explicava a história dos monumentos de uma forma simples e interessante. O piso de cima, ao ar livre, foi provavelmente a minha parte favorita. Ver Roma daquele ângulo e poder tirar fotografias enquanto o autocarro percorria as ruas foi uma experiência muito especial. Além disso, os funcionários foram simpáticos e estiveram sempre disponíveis para ajudar quando tive alguma dúvida. No geral, fiquei mesmo satisfeito com a experiência. Para quem visita Roma pela primeira vez, acho que é uma forma prática, confortável e divertida de conhecer a cidade. Voltaria a utilizar este serviço sem pensar duas vezes e recomendo-o a qualquer pessoa que queira aproveitar ao máximo a visita.

We covered a lot of Rome's attractions- we did the Trevi Fountain, saw the Pantheon, walked up the Spanish steps and saw the Colloseum. The ability to hop on and off when and where you wanted was a great advantage.

L’autobus panoramico effettua un percorso ben segnalato e offre la possibilità di scendere per visitare i principali luoghi di interesse culturale, aspetto sicuramente positivo del servizio. Purtroppo, però, l’esperienza è stata penalizzata da alcuni disservizi. L’audioguida non era sufficientemente chiara e nitida e, in alcuni momenti, risultava difficile da ascoltare e comprendere. Inoltre, su uno degli autobus utilizzati, l’aria condizionata al piano inferiore non funzionava. Alla nostra richiesta di intervento ci è stato semplicemente risposto che non era possibile fare nulla e che il problema persisteva addirittura da circa tre mesi. Ritengo che una situazione del genere sia inammissibile, soprattutto durante un’estate particolarmente torrida e considerando il prezzo pagato per il servizio. Nel complesso, il percorso è interessante, ma mi aspetterei una maggiore attenzione alla qualità e alla manutenzione del servizio, in particolare per quanto riguarda il comfort dei passeggeri

What's not allowed

Keep in mind that bulky luggage or big backpacks are not allowed on the buses. Pack wisely!

Accessibility

Some of the buses are wheelchair accessible. This means wheelchair users can only board buses equipped with a footboard and dedicated space.

Passengers with wheelchairs are required to secure themselves and their wheelchairs with safety belts while the bus is in motion. The wheelchair must be locked with its brakes and placed in the designated space.

The service provider allows only one wheelchair on the bus at a time.

Additional information

Small and medium-sized pets in leashes, muzzles, and pet carriers are allowed.

The one-loop bus tour is not a hop-on hop-off tour.

The 1-day pass is valid for one calendar day, whereas the 24-hour pass is valid for 24 hours from the time of activation. The passes cannot be activated on just any day; they must be activated within 5 days of the date printed on the voucher.
