Il tour vale i soldi spesi. Non è economico rispetto all ingresso standard ma ne vale assolutamente la pena. La nostra esperienza è stata super positiva fin dal messaggino di Massimo che ci chiedeva se avevamo difficoltà nel trovare il luogo di ritrovo alla guida Antonella che ci ha magistralmente guidato nelle varie stanze dei musei vaticani dandoci molti dettagli e curiosità e rispondendo a tutte le nostre domande. Grazie all questi biglietti abbiamo saltTo tutta la fila ed abbiamo sempre avuto una corsia preferenziale. Assolutamente consigliato

Wir hatten mit Paula eine großartige Zeit - ihr Wissen und ihre Art, uns alles komprimiert und dennoch detailliert zu erklären waren einfach toll. Desidero condividere l'esperienza straordinaria vissuta durante la mia recente visita alla Città del Vaticano. Quello che era iniziato come un semplice viaggio da Rimini per accompagnare un'amica all'aeroporto di Fiumicino si è trasformato in un'avventura indimenticabile. Ho finalmente realizzato il sogno di visitare i Musei Vaticani, la Cappella Sistina e la Basilica di San Pietro. Un ringraziamento speciale va alla nostra guida, Alberto, che con straordinaria passione ci ha accompagnato per oltre quattro ore. Il suo racconto è stato fondamentale per apprezzare appieno la storia e i dettagli dei capolavori ammirati, specialmente gli affreschi della Cappella Sistina. L'ingresso nella Cappella è stato un momento di pura emozione; la grandezza dell'opera è tale da togliere il fiato. Altrettanto suggestiva è stata la Basilicata, sono i luoghi dove la maestosità delle opere umane appare quasi ultraterrena. È stata un'esperienza che rifarei senza esitazione e che consiglio vivamente a chiunque non abbia ancora visitato questi luoghi straordinari.

Firstly, the precision with which the pre-details of the tours were given, the organization of the office staff that received us, and how welcome we felt upon arrival were what stood out the most at the start of our tour. All agents were extremely friendly and could converse with us in multiple languages, making us feel very comfortable. Secondly, we had an incredible tour guide. Our guide, Claudia, was SO knowledgeable, extremely respectful, and very graceful/patient with all the group members, always taking into account their specific needs. She answered questions with expertise and was extremely kind.

We accidentally went to the wrong place and thank goodness because they were extremely rude (Touristation Vaticano). Once we got to our correct meeting place, we were greeted with great enthusiasm. In fact, they even called to check our ETA. Our tour guide, Alex, was fantastic and his English was very good. There is A LOT to see at these three places and he helped to navigate it with ease. We waited in line briefly but the crowds were not too bad. Alex was very knowledgeable and his jokes made the tour even more entertaining. For the money and the ease of mind, it was definitely worth it.

La guía que nos acompañó fantástica pero tengo 2 quejas. La primera que nos retrasaron la hora y según un chico muy antipático que nos atendió me habían mandado un correo que nunca llegó... Y si habéis cogido como yo la visita a la Basílica porque se supone que accedes directamente sin hacer otra vez cola es mentira, tienes que salir... Bordear la muralla como 10 minutos y volver a hacer la cola y pasar la seguridad para acceder a la Basílica... Pagué para nada porque la entrada a la Basílica es gratuita

Purchasing this tour implies an agreement to stick with the assigned guide, without whom you cannot access the Vatican Museums. Opting out or missing the tour means losing ticket rights, without refunds.

St. Peter’s Basilica may be closed on Wednesday mornings and afternoons as the Papal Audience takes place in St. Peter’s Square. If you’re considering visiting St. Peter's Basilica, please make plans for another day.

Please note: All guests must pass through airport-style security. During high season and peak hours, the wait time at the security check may be up to 30-45 minutes.

Your ticket has a designated entry time—please arrive at least 30 minutes in advance.

Sometimes guides are not allowed to give tours inside the St. Peter's Basilica. On such rare occasions, they will share a brief introduction outside and you'll be free to explore the basilica by yourself.

Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Basilica are active places of worship, some areas may be subject to sudden closures without prior notice.

Expect a long wait at security, especially during peak times. Patience is key, it could take up to an hour!

Please be aware that during the Jubilee Year, certain areas of the Vatican Museums, including the Sistine Chapel, may be inaccessible due to religious ceremonies or unforeseen circumstances. St. Peter's Basilica may also experience unannounced closures. The closure of any museum section does not entitle visitors to any refund.

St. Peter’s Basilica may be closed on Wednesday mornings and afternoons due to the Papal Audience in St. Peter’s Square. If you’d like to attend, book an exclusive invitation with guaranteed seating.

Since the Jubilee is underway, access to St. Peter's Basilica is now restricted at all entrances. To ensure entry, reservations must be completed at least 5 days in advance.

Please note the special closures of the Sistine Chapel in January 2026:

3 January (Saturday): Closed from 2pm, with last admission at 1pm.

9 January (Friday): Closed all day.

10 January (Saturday): Closed from 1pm, with last admission at 12pm.

The Vatican Museums will remain open as usual on these dates.

Note: Michelangelo’s Last Judgement will undergo maintenance until March 2026. While the Sistine Chapel remains open, views of the fresco may be partially obstructed by scaffolding.
