Made the trip to Cable Car with two of our grandchildren aged 6 and 9. I bought a family return ticket and sadly upon seeing the ride our 6 year old was in tears as she was too frightened to take the cable trip. No consoling her could change her mind so I took the ride with my grandson and my wife stayed with our granddaughter. To my complete surprise upon returning to the end of the ride one of you very kind staff had said to my wife that as we had paid for a family ticket then she could take another ride with my grandson. As you can expect he was delighted to ride again and my wife was very happy to go with him. As to my granddaughter she made the statement "perhaps I'll go on the cable car next year when I'll be a year older" ( how sweet ). Such an excellent gesture by your staff member who is a credit to your business.

It was really amazing. Even though there was a queue it moved quickly. The views were really stunning and we enjoyed every bit of it. We even got to go in our own car. The access is simple as well, we even got to take the Uber clipper after the cable car ride. Only suggestion is to take the round trip instead of single as you can enjoy the ride bit longer.

No long queue we was on within minutes. The cable cars were clean the view was amazing I was hoping to see the shard a bit better but we got a glance Only down side it is quick the round trip was less than 15 mins my children was a bit gutted but over all great family fun activity

Had such a lovely experience on the IFS Cloud Cable Car! The views were amazing, the ride was smooth, and the kids absolutely loved it. It was a fun experience for the whole family and definitely worth doing. Would recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful views. TERRIFYING if you are nervous with heights. I don't think i breathed the whole 20 minutes. But i got some good pics and vids. 10/10 will never do again but recommend for others. Not me... but definitely everyone else x

We really enjoyed this little trip, it doesn't last very long but the views are exquisite, especially when the sun is setting. The price is very reasonable and the waiting time wasn't very long. Will come back soon

The Uber-Boat is a perfect transport+Sight-Seeing combinagion. We went on board at Greenwich and disembarked at Westminster. The view to the City is just marvelous.

All the piers are step-free and wheelchair accessible except for Cadogan, London Bridge City, and Wandsworth Riverside Quarter piers.

All the boats are wheelchair, mobility scooter, and pram accessible, and use ramps for boarding.

There can be a maximum of four wheelchairs on the larger boats, and they can accommodate a further three folded wheelchairs. Electronic wheelchairs are also welcome.

All boats, except Star, Storm, and Sky Clipper, have accessible toilets.

If a carer’s assistance is required, a complimentary companion ticket is issued to match the primary ticket at any staffed ticket office.

For your convenience, guide dogs are welcome to join you.

London Cable Car

The cable car may not be fully accessible to wheelchair users or guests with reduced mobility.

Your guide dogs are welcome on the cable car.

Uber Boat Trip

Cash payments are not accepted at piers or at café bars. We recommend you order at the bar and pay with a card or payment device if you would prefer.

Children under the age of ten must remain with a supervising adult at all times.

Larger boats have baby-changing tables.

London Cable Car

You can begin your journey from either IFS Royal Victoria Docks or IFS Greenwich Peninsula and return later the same day.

Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Cable car operations depend on weather conditions and may be suspended in case of high winds or adverse weather.

Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure to allow for boarding procedures.

Tickets are valid only for the date selected at the time of booking.

You can either remain in the cabin for a round-trip back to your original terminal or disembark at the opposite terminal and return at any time on the same day.
