- The online ticket didn't work on the bus; we couldn't print it out there - Without a printed ticket, they wouldn't let us board a boat - But the friendly staff were very helpful and accommodating, and after a lot of effort, they finally let us board a boat after all. - The tours (bus and boat) were very interesting, and the guides were great!

We had great support from our tour guide and driver. It was almost like a private tour—we could ask questions and got answers to everything. Great. The boat trip was also very personalized for us. Fun and interesting. Just great.

Better to talk about what did not work. Stated hours were not adhered to and the guide on the boat spoke only German. There was no English-speaking producer either. So overall sufficient experience but would not recommend it

We were only a few guests and were spontaneously given a very good personal tour by the team (the guide) on the bus. It was an experience!
