Check whether your ticket is dated or flexible before purchase. A fixed-date ticket works best if your travel plan is set, while a flexible option is more useful if weather or transport could change your visit day.

About Heide Park Resort

Heide Park Resort combines a full-day theme park with on-site short-break accommodation, which changes how many visitors plan their trip. Instead of treating it as a quick outing, guests often pair the park’s themed areas, family rides, and roller coasters with a stay at the Heide Park Hotel or Holiday Camp. The central lake layout also gives the park quieter walking and rest areas between rides.

Main Park Entrance (Haupteingang)

Located at the front of Heide Park Resort next to the main parking area and bus drop-off, this is the primary entrance for all visitors. Printed e-tickets and mobile barcodes are scanned at the turnstiles here, and on-site ticket offices serve walk-up purchases or voucher exchanges when required. Expect bag checks or visual security screening before or at the turnstiles. Queues are longest around opening, especially on weekends and during holidays, then usually ease once the first entry rush has passed. The approach from parking is step-free, and the entrance has side gates for wheelchairs and strollers.
