CoupleVerified booking2 weeks ago4/5I found the ticketing system very simple to use, but the time-slot system might confuse travellers visiting London. The platform asks you to select a specific time, but the tickets actually grant open access until midnight on that day. For example, I tried to book the 11:21am slot but and when I went to pay it said it was fully booked at that time so I just selected the time slot right before it. Since I wasn’t arriving until later in the day anyway, and there were only four options available, the specific slot selected didn't impact my plans at all as long as the date was correct.DDavid S

FamilyVerified bookingSep 20265/5Everything went really well—scanning the eCard (which meant skipping a long line right off the bat)—and as long as you find the right line, everything's great. I'd definitely do it again!PPatane’ F
