Tim was an excellent guide. He was knowledgeable and friendly, and in general did a great job. My only disappointment (not in any way a reflection on Tim) is that we did not get to enter Westminster Abbey. To get to the entrance but not enter was disappointing.

Jack was entertaining and generally good. It would be nice if he took a bit of time to get to know us and find out specific things we wanted to learn. He seemed reasonably knowledgeable but I would have liked someone with more depth of knowledge about "meaningful" medieval and modern history of England (less about trivial idiosyncrasies that he wanted us to laugh about).
