Really well set out and so lovely to see such beautiful clothes worn by Queen Elizabeth II. Lots of information to read and also a headset in various languages. You can take photographs as long as you do not use the flash. The air conditioning was very welcome in a heatwave. We were allowed to take water in which was good and when our bags were checked we were asked to take a drink of our water in front of the security officer. Staff were polite, helpful and professional. Well worth the money.

There were only a few tickets left to visit the exhibition on Queen Elizabeth II’s iconic style, even though there was still plenty of time. Thanks to Headut—which I hadn’t heard of before—I was able to make my dream come true. The purchase process was simple, as was exchanging the vouchers for admission tickets once I arrived. The exhibition is so moving that I would go back to see it again.

There was a bit of a hold up to get into the King's Room. But the staff were lovely. When we entered the exhibition everything was explained and we left our backpacks in the bags area. This is an excellent exhibition. The staff are great, giving lots of information and the talk on the Sixties was great fun. I highly recommend a visit, even if you are only accompanying someone.

What a wonderful exhibition—it should be turned into a museum! The staff was incredibly kind, and there were no issues redeeming the voucher. What can I say? It was like taking a dive into history and seeing it right there...

It was so incredibly beautiful—a truly amazing exhibition and an honor for the Queen to have her dresses on display, with lots of background information and explanations. The shop is also absolutely fantastic, and you can visit it even without tickets to the gallery. Exchanging the tickets from Headout went really smoothly, too.

Eating and drinking are not permitted inside The King's Gallery, except for bottled water.

Mobile phones must be switched off while inside the gallery.

Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.

The gallery is temporarily closed from November 24 to April 9, 2026.

The King's Gallery opens from 2pm on May 5, May 12, May 19, May 26, June 9, June 16, June 23, June 30, October 6, and October 13, 2026.

All visitors will be subject to airport-style security checks.

Prams/strollers will need to be left in a designated area at very busy times. In such circumstances, baby carriers and hip seats are available at no cost, subject to availability.
