The skipper and tour guide were great, but the claim of unlimited drinks and snacks is not accurate; we did not see any snacks. It was not a cozy saloon boat; it was far too crowded, crammed with about 50 people. The view outside was also very poor. All in all, disappointing.

All the information was nicely conveyed and correct (very important). And everyone on board were very friendly and attentive. 10/10, would do again. The light show was also wonderful, especially in the evening.

The cruise operates during the Amsterdam Light Festival from November 26, 2026, to January 17, 2027.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled departure. This gives you enough time to find the correct boat and check in with the host or skipper. Please do not arrive earlier than 10 minutes before boarding time. Early boarding is not possible and will lead to longer queues and unnecessary congestion on the quay.

Guests who appear intoxicated may be refused entry to the cruise. If a guest becomes disruptive due to intoxication, the cruise may be stopped, and they may be asked to leave the boat.

If you miss your scheduled departure, you're welcome on the next available cruise if seats are still available. Please note that later departures can sell out, so the operator cannot guarantee a place if you miss your original departure.

Heavy traffic can occasionally add up to approximately 15 minutes to the cruise. We recommend allowing some extra time if you have plans afterwards.

Please note that the operator is not responsible for delays caused by the official festival route, demonstrations, or other unforeseen events.

The cruise operates in rain, snow and cold weather and is only cancelled when conditions make sailing unsafe, such as during an official Code Red weather warning.
