...simple, clear, user-friendly...and easy for everyone to understand...it would be nice if the fees were more attractive...i.e. cheaper...then everyone would be even more willing to use public transport. We had booked the combo online. Unfortunately, it wasn't stated that dogs are not allowed in the closed boat. A cancellation wasn't possible. But the nice lady on-site in the ticket shop then rebooked us to an open boat. This allowed us to experience a wonderful canal cruise. Although it was only in English, it was still very informative and entertaining.

The GVB day pass works very well. What’s inconvenient is having to check in and out on every mode of transportation. Since I bought two cards under one contract, having to check in and out twice slows me down even more. If the tram is full, forget about it. Why do both cards have the same ID? Otherwise, you could use two devices to check in and out.
