Headout's organization was truly exemplary and straightforward; the Altar of the Fatherland is a must-see monument, and the elevator lets you see Rome from above in a way you wouldn't otherwise be able to. Excellent rating.

Everything went smoothly; the tour we booked was perfect, starting with check-in, which went off without a hitch. The organization was flawless from start to finish. The information provided was clear and precise, allowing us to fully enjoy the wonders of the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, and the Palatine Hill without the stress of long waits or logistical confusion. A tour highly recommended for anyone who wants to discover the history of Rome in total relaxation and with the utmost professionalism. Five well-deserved stars!

We have tikets with the selected time entering at 15:00. I can say that even if we were a little stressed to arrive in time there ( we came srraihjt from the airport), we arrived way earlier and the staff told us the time is very light and to come back to the waiting line 10 minutes before 15:00. It was very easy and we enjoyed only the Colloseum, that standard bisit without underground or arena, but it was worth it even like this. I recomend it.

The Colosseum is breathtaking as soon as you step out of the metro! The impressive architecture, the underground levels, and the arena floor are all worth seeing. The Roman Forum and Palatine Hill are vast and magnificent—be sure to bring water, as there’s little shade and a lot of walking involved. The Mamertine Prison is disappointing: just two rooms and a few exhibits—we expected more. Still, it was a wonderful day exploring ancient Rome!

ROME, CAPUT MUNDI! I managed to snag tickets for the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, the Capitoline Hill, and the Mamertine Prison purely by luck (given the May 1st holiday weekend)—everything was organized perfectly. The ticket was a "skip-the-line" pass, so there was zero waiting time. Unfortunately, I couldn't find tickets for the Vatican Museums—what can I say? A great excuse to come back!!!

The prison was boring, and there were complications with the ticket; plus, the audio guide didn't work because of the download and login issues.
