Everything was great. The bus arrived right on time, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The bus was very clean and well-equipped with air conditioning, trash cans, comfortable seats, Wi-Fi, chargers... I took it both ways and would definitely do it again!!!

All in all, the trip was pleasant, with the usual hassles of traveling from an international airport to a big city like London. Aside from the city traffic—where the driver narrowly avoided (through no fault of her own) two near-accidents with cars cutting her off at the last minute—I’d say the FILBCO bus is definitely a great alternative to the Stansted Express train, which costs about £20 more.

I am so glad to have booked this trip with flibco in advance. After leaving the airport it was very easy to find and probably I was lucky but the bus departed kind of 10-15 minutes later. The driving felt safe and I arrived London in time like expected. Thank you flibco
