For security purposes, large luggage, suitcases, and oversized bags cannot be brought into the attractions.

Animals are not permitted, with the exception of certified service animals.

Smoking and the consumption of alcohol or illegal substances are prohibited throughout the premises.

The use of flash photography, tripods, and professional filming equipment is restricted inside the exhibition areas and salt mine.

As Wawel Cathedral remains an active place of worship, entry may be restricted during religious ceremonies, special events, or official visits.

In the event of a closure, the tour operator may substitute the Cathedral visit with access to another attraction within the Wawel Castle complex.
