The experience is incredible; our guide explained all the history to us very well. In Auschwitz, we had headphones, visited several barracks, and she stopped a lot to explain everything to us. In Auschwitz II-Birkenau, it is much briefer; they only show you one barrack and the ruins of what remained standing. Still, seeing the sheer scale of the concentration camp is impactful. The transfer was punctual, and the driver spoke Spanish, so communicating with him was very easy. The only downside is that, because they have to be very strict with time, you leave with the feeling that you missed a lot. You also have to keep in mind that they will probably change your time slot. We booked a departure for 9:30 AM, and two days before, they changed it to 5:30 AM. Looking back at how things went, we were actually grateful for it, since we were the first to enter the concentration camp, and by the time we finished the tour, it felt crowded and you couldn't really stop to look at things as much. Either way, it's a highly recommended experience that anyone traveling to Krakow should do.

I had an incredible tour of Auschwitz-Birkenau. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and spoke about every aspect of Auchwitz with such conviction that you truly understood and learned a lot. He said to ask if there were any questions but he spoke about so many things in such great detail that barely any questions were needed. While the entire thing was delivered in a way that you never got bored of listening. You could sense and feel the emotion and passion he had for teaching and giving away his knowledge as he painted vivid pictures from the stories he told. He had a good sense for the tempo of the group aswell so noone got lost or left behind. I learned a lot about Auschwitz-Birkenau that i would never have known without his depictions and descriptions. I really appreciated this tour and will be recommending it to others.

The tour to Auschwitz-Birkenau was an incredible and deeply moving experience for me, full of intense emotions and reflection. This place leaves a huge impression and stays in your memory for a long time. A huge plus was our guide—extremely well-prepared, engaging, and able to convey the history of this place in a very interesting yet appropriate way. Thanks to him, the tour was even more valuable. The only downside was the change in meeting time from 12:30 PM to 6:30 AM, which was quite an inconvenience and required changing earlier plans. Despite this, I definitely recommend this tour. It was a unique experience that is worth having at least once. I would gladly take this tour again.

It was an unforgettable experience. It's not a "pretty" tour, but it is necessary; we must be aware of what happened and never forget it. I appreciate the organization and service provided by Headout and Cracow visit. Just as I requested, pick-up and drop-off were at the hotel. Lucas, the driver, was fantastic!! The guide was very good and explained everything with great dedication and detail. When I got back to the apartment, I broke down and cried just remembering everything, but I am very grateful to have had this experience.

Just one detail: I booked the tour in Spanish, and although the guide was indeed a Spanish speaker, until we were with him, all instructions regarding waiting times and meeting points were in English, as the driver didn't speak Spanish. This caused a problem for me since I don't understand the language of Shakespeare and only speak that of Cervantes. Otherwise, the tour was very tough (because of what happened there) as well as interesting, and the guide was very attentive and knowledgeable about the topic.

I loved the guided tour of Auschwitz-Birkenau. The guide was excellent: approachable, clear, and very respectful of the historical weight of the place. He explained everything in detail, from the arrival of the trains to the different areas of the camp, and you could tell he had a great command of the subject. Although it was a very cold day, the experience was totally worth it. I recommend bringing a heavy coat or a warm jacket, gloves, and comfortable shoes, because there is a lot of walking and the wind is noticeable. The fast-track entry tickets saved us time, and the transfer was punctual and comfortable. I was especially struck by the sheer scale of Birkenau and the personal stories the guide shared. A must-see visit, well-organized and deeply moving. I left with the feeling of having learned and having honored the memory of the victims. Totally recommended.

Very good guided tour—but too short The tour was organized top-notch, we were picked up on time, and we received plenty of relevant information about the visit in advance. The guided tour through Auschwitz 1 was very informative, and even the emotionally harrowing accounts were conveyed respectfully and in well-measured doses. Then came an unplanned, long break before heading into the Auschwitz 2 Birkenau camp, as a group ahead of us was running late. When we finally went to Camp 2 with the same guide, the tour was cut drastically short because we were supposed to head back together with the delayed group, which was a real shame. This was neither explained nor compensated for, which is why I'm docking one star.

The tour guide was great, very informative and respectful towards the memory of the victims. The company however "SeeKrakow" were a little disorganized, they did not pick me up at the hotel as promised and mentioned that they have informed me, but didn't. On the way back, I was inside the bus already and some rude lady called me on my phone saying that "the group is waiting for you already 30 minutes, where are you?". Other than that, it's an amazing experience.
