I enjoyed the entire tour, but especially appreciated hearing personal stories and learning more about Schindler and others who helped save Jews from the camps. My tour guide, Joanna, was fantastic. She was personable and made sure everyone in the group was included. She even told some stories about her grandparents during the war. Her walking tour of the Jewish ghetto was excellent. She went above and beyond!

Our guide was fantastic, we really got a feel for both the history and the effects still being had on the people of Poland and how it's shaped national identity and values. I would highly recommend it.

Our guide was amazing. Unfortunately I can't remember her name. We were on the 9:45am English language tour on 11/06/2026. The guided tour was well worth the extra cost and would recommend 100%.

An interesting museum that offers insight into the lives of Jewish citizens in Krakow before, during, and after the Nazi occupation. A must-see. Plus, the site is steeped in history.

Our guide arrived on time but with no clear sign where we were supposed to meet it was a little worrying. She turned out to be great and very informative. The museum itself focuses on the terrible treatment Jews received in the war as much as it does on Oscar Schindler which was really interesting but not exactly what we expected. This was nothing to do with our guide obviously who was excellent as I said.

The factory museum was well laid out and the history about the war (aside from Schindler) was good. Could have been a lot more information (bio) on Schindler himself. The ghetto tour was not so interesting (not horrible though). Our guide repeatedly called people twice her age her children, which is a little disrespectful in western democracies. She did not seem very wordly and had to corral everyone through the streets which is stressful. We were admonished multiple times for stepping in the street like she did. Not really worth the fuss in my opinion. No one asked any questions on the tour. We had gone on the Salt Mine tour and the guide there was impeccable. That tour was 5 stars all the way.

The factory was great, but I expected to see the actual factory and the places where the Jews worked and lived. I wanted to see it all, but I felt rushed and it was a bit crowed and I felt like I had no time to absorb the exhibits .
