Tourguide was knowledgeable but the factoey has nothing about Schindler and his saving work or more about him. It was just pictures of the war. We watched the movie and were inspired by his work now to dins put this "factory" is nothing about that. If I would be a living damily member I would be hurt and insulted that thousands of people come To visit Schindler and they dont get what they payed for. This is history and besides one room called "office" norhing about this man who saved thousands. Maybe to reco sider the tour and name of this place. Very dissaapointed like all from my geoup and those we spoke to.

The Oskar Schindler's Factory museum is designed in a very varied, unique, and informative way. Around every corner, you are surprised with new impressions. As a result, the tour through the museum turns into an emotional rollercoaster through a time of bone-chilling human experiences. Booking a guided tour saves you a lot of waiting time or being denied entry to the museum due to high visitor numbers. In addition, you get extra information that really gets under your skin. Highly recommended and would definitely do it again. Thank you very much.

A deeply moving and powerful experience. The tour gave us a detailed insight into the history of the Nazi occupation and the Holocaust in Kraków. The stories were presented so vividly that we could almost physically feel the horror people endured. We were especially impressed by the remarkable courage and humanity of Oskar Schindler and the pharmacist Tadeusz Pankiewicz. Our guide, Anna Karcz, was very attentive and answered all our questions thoroughly and in great detail. An unforgettable tour that we would highly recommend.

We had a fantastic tour of Schindler’s Factory and the Kraków Ghetto, made even more memorable by our brilliant guide, Joanna. Her knowledge and insight into the history were exceptional, and she was able to answer every question the group had along the way. Joanna went above and beyond to engage with everyone, making sure the whole group felt involved. She brought the history to life in a very respectful and interesting way. Our tour guide, Mary, was fantastic! She was very personable and knowledgeable. The factory tour was very informative for the time period and gave you a great overview of what the people endured . The Ghetto walking tour was interesting tho not as much so- not a lot to see although the information was great! Glad we didn't try to go it on our own but booked a tour.

After a visit to Auschwitz. this tour gave me even more information about the history. All of the questions I was curious about were answered. The guide, Michal was phenomenal. He didn't throw out too much or too little- just the right amount so that you could take it all in. I cannot recommend this tour enough!

9/11, a rainy day, and we had already explored Krakow very thoroughly. We had only one place left: Schindler's Enamel Factory, which is a must-see and best with a guide. Booking through Headout was the best decision we made; the line of umbrellas was long, and we were able to go inside immediately.
