We did have a misfire on our hotel pickup time but they did correct it (after a phone call), and our actual driver was a very decent fellow. The tour itself was excellent. But, since they are very meticulous with ensuring headcount's in and out of the mine you do have some periodic wait times. The mine is absolutely fascinating.

A truly enchanting place—it’s definitely worth a visit. As for transportation, I can say that the driver was punctual and kind when picking us up at the hotel and bringing us back.If you don’t receive a booking confirmation email, don’t worry—they’ll send you all the details on the day of the tour via email and WhatsApp. It’s a great way to spend a different kind of day; the tour lasts about 2.5 hours, but it’s a bit rushed because there are always so many people.

Salt mines were great. Only comment i have - when you book you are asked for your pickup location, which we assumed is were we would be picked up from. However on the morning of our pickup 20 mins after our supposed pick up we had an email telling us pickup was at anothe location at a later time. This info about getting an email on the morning of your tour tour with the actual pickup up location and time should be stated when you book.

The guided tour really makes all the difference. Our guide not only had a deep knowledge of the place, but also knew how to convey the history in an entertaining and engaging way, making the time fly by. It’s a place that combines history, art, and a unique atmosphere that’s hard to describe. I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting the area. It’s worth every minute and every step.

The trip to the Krakow Salt Mine was well organized down to the last detail. Someone in my group ran into a problem, and it was a bit tricky to get in touch with them because the phone assistant is powered by artificial intelligence. Eventually, they reached out to us to offer a solution.
