The tickets were easy to purchase for the time slot we wanted and the day we wanted. The tickets were readily accessable on our phone and had no issues in presenting them at the entrance to both museums. The museums were very well laid out and we could have spent so much more time exploring especially in the Rijksmuseum. Alas there were not enough hours in the day to see it all. So there is more to explore the next time we are in Amsterdam.

It is a wonderful museum, with a great collection of paintings. Very interesting, everything was very clean, excellent. It could really use a room for temporary exhibitions by Latin American painters like Benito Ramos Catalan, Pacheco Altamirano, Rafael Cauduro, Iván Olivares Alcalde, Yuki Yamamoto Cortes, Carolina Testart Aguirre, etc., etc. Some of these painters are still alive.

The Rijksmuseum was definitely worth a visit. The museum app is highly recommended. We didn't find the canal cruise all that exciting. With the combo ticket, it was a bit cheaper overall. It wouldn't have been worth the standard price of €17.50 to us. There was an audio guide recorded in 10 languages, and earphones were handed out as needed.

I planned my itinerary in advance whilst in the UK so Headout was a very useful app to have. Well organised and easy to book on line. The layout of the museum was a bit confusing but we got there in the end. You need st least 6 hours to take in the history of what you are seeing. The cafe was lovely at the end of our day. Would highly recommend this museum and give it the rating it deserves of 5 stars.

The museum is totally worth it! A wonderful experience for art lovers; everything was very easy right from the entrance, with excellent signage, and the map really helps you know exactly which room to go to if you don't have much time. Booking tickets through Headout was super easy!

Very crowded museum even though the entrance is regulated by selling tickets by time slots. A lot of people taking pictures of almost every painting and taking selfies with paintings (even worse type of visitors). I am positive that more people going to museums and being exposed to art is globally a good thing, but am still wondering why some of them came. And their attitude and numbers are not good for "normal visitors" to enjoy, absorb, have proper concentration and perception of art. Museums certainly are not for crowds. They are silent and sacred places for those who really love and anderstand art.
